"Party is the thing, a partier means to do the thing. I am a partier which means I am a doer, I do party / parties. I construct them and I attend them. I do things :)" - Mark

“I am a fun, friendly, passionate and productive perfectionist. I have a great personality and I have plenty of hobbies and interests that include lighting, taking photos, writing articles and tinkering around with DMX.”

A party is a very special occasion. The feelings you get when you enter the venue for the first moment...
The first sense to get influenced is your hearing, the pleasant strong bass booming beneath your feet but not too overpowering that it becomes uncomfortable.
The treble sounds of laughter, chatter and of course the sounds of staff members and technically advanced equipment working hard all coming together to make for an unforgettable and memorable experience.
Then the visuals. The vibrant posters that caught your eyes and brought you to this special event. The extraordinary sights, the fancy outfits people are wearing, the elegant decorations that really add to the mood, the party prop accessories in everyone's hands.
A party wouldn't be complete without some kind of lighting and who would say no to luminous and colourful changing lights? That can make even the most ordinary of furniture and walls look more fabulous, of course the furniture and venue have been set out accordantly and have been positioned carefully and with safety in mind. Tables, chairs, stools and booths… All chosen to suit a specific style.
Additionally you might have yummy snacks, plenty of tasty food and drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and of course… Plenty of party games.
That is everything anyone could ever wish for at a party. Anything that has not been mentioned or anything beyond the scope of family friendly can be saved for the “After-party” between the hours of 03:00 – 04:00 in the morning.
Remember… The most important thing and the last thing that you would ever want to see at the end of the party are the smiles on everyone's faces as they leave the venue, you know they had fun and you had fun providing them with a party :)
In many ways I strongly believe that the word partier defines me best. I party in my spare time in my own way any way that I can with my own varied hobbies, interests and projects.
I party when I'm out when an appropriate and affordable partying opportunity arises. I party (hope to party) in a professional sense in a similar field in terms of a work, job / career opportunity.
I am very much intrigued and passionate about the idea of working backstage in the Live Events Industry.
Not to be conflicted with the idea of partying = carelessness (if any future job opportunity employers are reading this).
More of a partying = creativity,
partying = potential,
partying = passionate meaning
I am not a drinker and I only drink alcohol on very few occasions. While on the subject of personal health I might add that smoking, vaping and recreational drugs are off limits for me.
I am a "perfectionist" and various productive thoughts always pop into my head whenever I am doing something. What are the tasks that I can perform right now that will improve this piece of work and make it better?
What aesthetic / theme am I going for here? Do I have too much or too little of something? What could that be? Simplicity vs Functionality?
How can I make this more fun? How can this be cheaper to perform? More fun for less? And it goes on...
For many years and for the past while (actually my whole life) I have been telling myself that I am a "party person". I love to party.
I love to have my own parties and I enjoy keeping an eye out for other cool parties to attend.
I strongly felt in my heart that I needed to express my love for partying in a way that made sense to me. I needed some kind of way to hold onto my treasured memories and a consistent way to put myself out there.
Some kind of documented notes, a diary, a photo album, a portfolio, a blog, a video... A website.
But what single word could I ever use to describe the way I am feeling and truly express what I am working hard to achieve?
You already know it, but let's go through it together...
The keyword that best summarises this personality trait of mine and also the trait that I am looking for in others (my target audience) is the simple word "party".
Party is only five letters / characters in length, easy to pronounce as it is only two syllables, it is very commonly used in all walks of life and is known all around the world.
It is very short, straight to the point and has very powerful positive meaning.
Anyone who speaks the word, writes the word or reads the word has some idea of what "party" means to them. What an ideal party would be like if the party they are referring to was their own.
The keyword party for a website got acquired many, many years ago and is still actively renewed and owned to this day.
The phrase "party person" is too long in length for my liking (and is probably also actively owned because it is a well known phrase).
I was very, very fortunate to the discover the word "partier" (the old fashioned grammatically correct way) and the more informal modern word "partyer".
Partier is literally and simply my targeted keyword "party" but with the "y" swapped with an "i" and "er" added on to the end. Only with two additional letters / characters.
Best of all it doesn't refer to a specific party in question, it technically refers to any form of party that exists or will exist in the future.
Partier is a single word and is also mentioned in official dictionaries such as the Oxford English Dictionary. Partier means that I do parties and I also attend parties. I do party 🙂
.com is the most well known and most worldwide website extension that is the number one go to for websites.
One of the original founded names back in the 1980s but as you would have guessed... Since so much time has passed since the 1980s... It was already taken.
With all of my knowledge, skills and of course through "trial and error", I knew the next best option would be to use a Second Level Domain With Location .co.uk.
The younger generation growing up in the UK might not be familiar with .co.uk as all of the biggest platforms on the Internet nowadays are mostly operated from the United States and mostly adhere to using .com.
Luckily my target audience for Partier.co.uk is my age range (21 - 30) and above. Partier.co.uk is not meant for anyone below the age of 21 in the UK.
This extension suits me perfectly. I am UK based and .co is the closest to .com in terms of commercial use, business and professionalism. Not sure how much business talk and professionalism there will be on this website but it's still good to have.
And with all that being said... Fingers crossed... 🤞
Partier.co.uk was available to purchase and ready to be owned. Ready to come into this world 🐣
